Project & Social Media Manager

The International Humanitarian Missions (IHM) & 7 Leaves Café is looking for a gifted Project & Digital Media Manager with strong visual design experience to join our mission.

Who you are:
A passionate project manager with graphics, video, website, social media, and marketing skills that can help us spread the word online about our NON-PROFIT mission. We are looking for a compassionate project manager that shares our values of helping the needy communities around the world.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Project & Operations Management – Overseeing marketing and communications strategies, identifying, attracting, planning, promoting, and managing projects, and other opportunities to showcase our mission and work.
– Branding & Design – Understand & create brand & design strategy, defined guidelines (press kit & presentations) and brand continuity.
– Social Media Management – Build and execute social media strategy. Manage, generate, edit, publish and share engaging and relevant content weekly (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news). Oversee website(s) and social media accounts’ design (e.g. Youtube, Facebook, IG, TikTok).
– Causes & Child Sponsorship management – Project manage causes, fundraising campaigns, initiatives & programs.
Content Creator – Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling. Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily/weekly.
– Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
– Executive Virtual Assistant – Event management & other related tasks including meeting coordination, planning & notetaking, graphic design, video production/editing.

Qualifications:
– Experience in Project Management including tools like Clickup, Click to view, Asana
– Expertise in managing major social media platforms (IG, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube specifically)
Content creation
– Working knowledge of digital analytics, including social media and Google Analytics platforms
– WordPress Knowledge – Experience in website development & maintenance
– High proficiency in Adobe Design products including: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, Spark, Canva for social media graphic editing
– Great Organization Skills, including attention to details
– Good communicator, including written communication
– Humble and compassionate
– Passionate about storytelling
