Project & Team Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Project/Team Manager to oversee a team of 5 talented Filipino workers specializing in graphic design, WordPress development, SEO, and content writing. As the Project/Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining a high level of productivity within the team. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the creative process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the workflow of the team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and edit work produced by team members. Strong writing / editing skills are important.

• Act as the main point of contact between management and the team, effectively communicating project requirements, updates, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may impact project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to graphic design, WordPress development, SEO, and content writing.
• Continuously assess and improve team processes and workflows to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or digital marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, WordPress development, SEO strategies, and content writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using project management tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent skills in English (both written and verbal) are required.

Working Conditions:

• This is a part-time position based in the Philippines.
• The hours are 9am – 2pm EST
• The position may require occasional (rare) meetings outside normal working hours to accommodate specific issues / crisis situations.
