Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer with expertise in ChatGPT LLM and preferably PHP coding knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing LLM functionality within our CRM system. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM capabilities to provide efficient lead follow-up and appointment setting services for our automotive dealership network.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Develop, implement, and maintain LLM functionality within our CRM system.
– Utilize ChatGPT LLM to enhance communication and interaction features within the CRM.
– Collaborate with the development team to integrate LLM capabilities seamlessly into the existing CRM infrastructure.
– Customize LLM algorithms to optimize lead follow-up processes and appointment scheduling workflows.
– Monitor and analyze LLM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to LLM functionality.
– Stay updated on advancements in LLM technology and incorporate relevant innovations into our CRM system.

*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Extensive experience in LLM development and implementation.
– Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT LLM technology.
– Strong understanding of PHP coding (knowledge of other programming languages is a plus).
– Experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the automotive dealership industry.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
