Cornwall Living Property () is a small, but rapidly expanding property investment and development company based in Cornwall, England. Since its inception by Dan & James, best friends and founders in 2020, Cornwall Living Property has expanded to own & manage over 60 homes. We are a small and intimate team with very exciting projects both currently in construction and future pipeline.
The primary business model is purchasing run down, empty and/or unsafe period properties in Cornwall. We are renovating these properties and then bringing them to the Private Rented Sector with a high quality finish with the vision of raising living standards in the county of Cornwall. This work is made possible through our investment partners, who choose to work with us not just for the great returns but also because we always aim to invest Responsibly and with heart – adding value and giving back to the communities we operate in.
The company has seen rapid growth over the last 12 months with us acquiring 5 large commercial development sites which are all currently in construction. We are now expanding into the new build sector and are starting our first of two new build developments in the coming months.
Dan & James also host a very popular podcast show, this is the Cornwall Property Podcast. The podcast focuses on helping to inform, educate and inspire likeminded property enthusiasts with the aim of helping to improve the number of local people without homes.
We are on a mission to build great property businesses that can redefine the image of the property investment and development sector in the UK and ultimately, through a relentless focus tenant and buyer satisfaction.
We are a close, efficient, ambitious and values-driven team. We are first and foremost a family business. The business is run by best friends (Dan & James) and has expanded from an onsite team of 4 trades to a full external building contracting team of over 14 in the space of 18 months. Whilst the primary Cornwall Living Property team is currently rather small and intimate, our ethos is very much to welcome new team members into the ‘Cornwall Living Property Family’. Where we can build and grow together.
We have a big vision to expand the business into the new build sector in the coming years which is now underway with our very first and exiting new build development. We are looking for a new team member who is excited by the vision and wants to grow with us over the years ahead and someone we can begin to build a team around.
