Summary

Arne Grey is a virtual start-up estate agency based in London, built as an extension to our established mortgage brokerage.

In 2023, we soft-launched the business with a clear vision: to replicate the practices that had made our brokerage thrive—offering a top-notch, affordable service firmly grounded in principles of integrity, synergy, and vision. Whilst we provide a corporate level of service, our willingness to build a rapport often leads to relationships that stretch into a personal capacity, a quality that sets us apart.

Since the soft launch, we have gained invaluable knowledge and experience, which has allowed us to establish critical partnerships and formulate protocols and practices necessary to the business’s foundation.

As we enter the next growth phase, we seek an experienced property manager with technical proficiency and a friendly demeanour, marking a significant milestone as our first key hire.

Recognising that we are a work in progress, we invite applications from individuals with the requisite experience who are excited to contribute to a team dedicated to building a business from the ground up.

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing –

The Property Manager will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the Lettings department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with the onboarding of landlords and tenants
Issuing legal documentation e.g. Terms of Business, Tenancy agreements, Notices etc
Arranging viewings and pre-qualifying tents including referencing
Liaising with the necessary parties to meet all regulations for properties set in the UK
Completing the necessary paperwork to make sure property files are compliant
Maintaining an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors
Keeping the CRM and property records up to date
Marketing the property i.e. arranging photographers, creating listings etc
Handling maintenance requests including regular EPC, Gas safety checks etc
Securing deposits and assisting with deposit disputes.
Maintaining other business practices

What we offer –

For the right candidate, we can negotiate a salary and benefits package subject to performance, service standards, and, most importantly, the development level in onboarding new clients and landlords.
Commitment and dedication to your ongoing personal and professional development. We help you own and grow your potential to be at your best in your current role and support your future career aspirations.
A remote role with flexible working hours to encourage a work-life balance, we want you to be at your best inside and outside of work.
A friendly and inclusive culture where teams genuinely strive to do the right thing by their colleagues and our customers.
The chance to join a dynamic team in the evolving mortgage industry.
About Us

Life at Arne Grey isn’t stuffed shirts and corporate bureaucracy or politics; it’s a home away from home. We’re a small independent boutique agency defining our vision of being a professional company in today’s society. Our philosophy goes against the grain of a traditional corporation, but we believe the two need not be mutually exclusive.

We’re pioneering the future of UK real estate agents in the UK property market whilst adding a fresh new dynamic and out-of-the-box thinking to what is known to be an archaic industry; the efficiency gains, along with our distinct approach, rival the giant corporation agencies.

Our mission is clear – we provide clients with a diverse range of property services to aid their long-term goals in the most comprehensive but cost-efficient manner. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate individuals who don’t just want a job but have a genuine love for the industry.

We’re building an A Team of property professionals, property managers, sales negotiators, commercial agents and a back office team who bring their energy and commitment to the table.
