Job Summary:
The Property Data Associate plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining property data to support the organization’s real estate activities. They are responsible for gathering property information, ensuring data accuracy, and organizing data for analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
-Data Collection – Collect property-related data from various sources, including public records, real estate listings, property owners, and third-party data providers.
-Data Entry – Accurately input property data into databases or software systems, ensuring consistency and completeness.
-Data Verification – Verify the accuracy and completeness of property information by cross-referencing multiple sources and conducting quality checks.
-Data Maintenance – Regularly update property data to reflect changes in ownership, property details, and market conditions.
-Categorization – Organize property data into categories, such as property type, location, size, and market value, for easy retrieval and analysis.
-Data Analysis – Assist in analyzing property data to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential risks.
-Reporting – Prepare reports and summaries of property data for use by real estate agents, analysts, and management.
-Research – Conduct research to gather additional property-related information, such as zoning regulations, property taxes, and historical data.
-Communication – Collaborate with cross department professionals, data managers, and data providers to obtain and clarify property information.
-Documentation – Maintain proper documentation and records related to property data sources, updates, and changes.

Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
-Proficiency in data entry and database management.
-Familiarity with real estate terminology and property-related information.
-Analytical skills to interpret property data and identify trends.
-Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external contacts.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Knowledge of relevant software tools, databases, and spreadsheets.

Preferred:
-Prior experience in data collection or a related field
-Previous experience in the real estate industry
