Property Deal Sourcing VA

The general purpose of this role is to analyse and filter properties that come on the market for sale in the UK so that we can create a list of properties that are likely to match our investment criteria. To do this, you will be setting up search filters and alerts on the property listing website Click to view as well as the auction alert website EIG Property Auctions.

You will be given a set of criteria and an explanation of the types of properties we will be looking for. You will use the filters we have provided and some of your own judgement and analysis to create the list of potential deals for further analysis. All information will be populated onto a spreadsheet for review. Detailed instructions on our criteria and the format to present the information will be provided.

This role will initially involve going through a number of listings that are available to date. Once all the historic information has been filtered and analysed, you will be required to keep an eye on the alerts set up and input any new listings that come up onto our spreadsheet that fit our criteria.

The role will progress on to other related tasks, such as a more detailed analysis of deals and investment areas. You will be required to learn and use other relevant software such as SearchLand and PropertyData – all are user-friendly tools that do not require any prior training to learn to use.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical manner.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
– Proficient in working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
– Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
– Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner.
– Experience with data scraping, particularly in the property industry, is highly desirable.
– Some knowledge of the UK Housing marketing and local areas is a bonus; we will assist to start.
– Access to a computer with good internet speed and storage is required
