Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and passionate Property Development Coordinator to join the team of one of our clients in Australia, who specializes in beautifully crafted homes.

Your primary responsibilities involve searching properties that come out from market researching and project management. The position will work closely with other members of the Property Management Team to ensure effective management of the company’s property activities such as subdivision, sales, acquisition, leasing, and licensing.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have knowledge when it comes to different suburbs in Australia and have demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and contributing to strategic, complex, and diverse projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, promote, implement, and deliver programs for the acquisition and development of client’s property assets, to realise commercial opportunities and to ensure property is best suited to clients’ requirements.
• Prepare documentation including agreements, tenders, and expressions of interest in respect of the lease, sale, or purchase of client’s property as well as documenting requirements to achieve statutory and regulatory approvals to enable project delivery.
• Deliver project outcomes through management of contract administration, program, time, cost, quality, scope, risk, communication, procurement, resource management and reporting.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and written procedures in relation to property development matters.
• Coordinate research for project proposals and identify risks and opportunities.
• Participate in different projects, facilitate project meetings, and coordinate project control groups to ensure project delivery within expected time frames and agreed budgets.
• Ensure compliant with all policies, procedures, practices, and legislative requirements during carrying out property development projects.
• Representing the client’s interests on projects when liaising and negotiating with architects, engineers, contractors, tradesmen, specialists, stakeholders, and other instrumentalities.

Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in property development, property management, real estate management, architecture, or other appropriately related field; or extensive relevant knowledge and experience.
• With a minimum of three (3) years’ project management and property management experience.
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge and/or experience in property acquisition, property development and property/facility management.
• Demonstrated knowledge when it comes to different suburbs in Australia.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Can start immediately.
