Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Evaluation and Risk Assessment Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, contract position involves scheduling appointments, making calls and emails, and managing appraisal forms. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate property evaluations and timely communication with insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule appointments via our calendar system.
– Make calls and send emails to clients and insurance carriers.
– Prepare and send appraisal forms, including photo labeling and property sketches.
– Calculate and report replacement costs accurately.
– Maintain precise and detailed records.
Requirements:
– Excellent English verbal and writing skills, including punctuation and grammar.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to think ahead.
– Self-taught and resourceful; able to use tools like YouTube or Google for learning.
– Ability to read and write accurately.
– Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
– Availability for phone calls during American hours (Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST).
Compensation:
– Generous rate per completed report.
– Mid-value Evaluation Report: $10-$18 per report. Takes about 1 hour – 3 hours to complete.
– High-value Evaluation Report: $12-$26 per report. Takes about 1 hour – 3 hours to complete.
– Scheduled phone call appointments: $1-$5 per scheduled call.
