Job Description

Pass the Keys is a fast-growing short-let management company, originally founded in London in 2015 and now UK wide across 60+ locations in the UK and counting.

We manage hundreds of properties on multiple platforms including AirBnb, and HomeAway and our recently launched Direct bookings site.

We want to increase the number of guests who book to stay in our properties by improving the quality of listings. We are looking for somebody who can be proactive, spotting errors before our customers see them and taking action.

The role includes scheduled admin based tasks to support listing set up, and monthly audits, including working with Google sheets, and also supporting the planning and logging of support CRM tickets.

Responsibilities and Duties

Listing Creations

Create listings for new properties across all platforms
Upload photography and listing descriptions
Transfer listings from external software to internal software
Inform stakeholders of listing creations

Listing Management and upkeep

Update Platforms with relevant Cancelling and booking policies
Respond and resolve to listing amendments queries
Upgrade listing quality where necessary to help boost occupancy
Work on Marketing communications to improve occupancy
Conduct monthly listing audits
Help solve listing cosmetic issues
Share listings with relevant platforms

Admin Tasks

Support HQ ticketing system
Work with Territories on maximising out Multi Platform presence
Any other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have sufficient and relevant experience in carrying out administrative duties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
Demonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
Experience in using Google Workspace to follow established processes and effectively support administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Comfortable operating in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace is critical.
Candidates must have a flexible attitude and be able to cover a variety of working hours.
Up-to-date knowledge of the Hospitality industry and Short Let Market is a plus.

This role will be part time (20 hours) to begin with opportunities for more hours based on performance.
