Position Overview:
The Property Management Acquisition Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads that result in new property management contracts. The successful candidate will utilize sales strategies to target property owners and investors, demonstrating how our property management services can provide value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound sales strategies to identify potential clients.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market to inform sales strategies.
Client Communication:

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
Execute cold calls and email campaigns to potential leads.
Offer solutions and services based on client needs and objections.
Sales Presentation:

Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our property management services.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits and value of our services.
Sales Process Management:

Record and track lead and customer information in the company CRM.
Keep updated records of sales metrics, conversion rates, and targets achieved.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
Feedback and Reporting:

Regularly update the Sales and Acquisitions Manager on progress, challenges, and successes.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth transition of new clients.
Offer insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth or improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software.
Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission based on successful acquisitions. Additional bonuses may be available based on exceeding sales targets.
