Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Virtual Assistant to support our property
management business. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative and
operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our property management services. This
role offers the opportunity to work remotely and grow with our expanding business.
Roles and responsibilities:
? Compile lists of potential landlords, estate agents, or property owners in
Central Manchester.
? Organize and maintain databases of properties, contacts, and leads.
? Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other documents as needed.
? Conduct property research, identifying potential rental properties and
gathering property details.
? Manage email communication, schedule appointments, and respond to initial
inquiries from potential landlords, tenants, and business partners.
? Assist with market research to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and
competition.
? Support with routine customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
? Help coordinate property viewings, meetings, and follow-up calls.
? Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
? Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the business.
Qualifications:
? Excellent organisational and time management skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficient with email, scheduling, and communication tools.
? Basic understanding of the property management and real estate industry is a plus.
? Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
? Reliable and punctual.
? Prior experience as a VA or in a similar role is preferred.
