Hello, Property Managers!

Are you looking for a job? We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with various property management tasks for our client.

Responsibilities:
-Preparing leases and setting up tenancy agreements for new tenants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
-Managing lease renewals and coordinating rent increases in a timely manner.
-Handle administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.
-Data entry tasks, including inputting information into Excel for monthly reports and maintaining accurate records.
-Assist with general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
-Collaborate with the property management team to ensure open communication and efficient operations.
-Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks.
Support other team members with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
