Job Description

We are a US based company have been in business since 2006. As a Business Development
Company, I am looking for a great employee who wants long term and full time. Property Management clients for residential homes, short term rentals and long-term rentals, construction, and Business Renovation Clients. We also work with investors and realtors. We are fast paced and the day to day is within a structured framework however it’s ever changing we need team players who love to make suggestions for us to improve. Our team is valued and all input is appreciated.

If it’s slow there is always work to do there’s little to no downtime. We use Hubstaff to track time
worked and hours productivity should maintain a minimum of 75% during on clock worked time. Honestly and loyalty is valued. In the property management role, you will work through our system, assisting clients that are looking to lease long term and looking to book our properties, your day will be different each day as the clients check in and out and things need to be managed including, repairs and maintenance, finding, scheduling and onboarding cleaners to turn the property, guest concerns questions, and solutions, marketing the properties on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook. Guest replies to questions and inquiries via our platforms. You will use our system to make calls outbound, inbound, send email messages and text. I want someone who enjoys this work that will update our system track customers throughout a follow up process and work with a script as well as personalize the call tailored around the customer. I want someone who is comfortable being on the phone and making lots of calls, cause after all It’s a numbers game! I am looking for someone who is a fast learner, great attention to details, and enjoys helping others and loves sales!

We will assign every staff member a role in one of the following categories, which you will be
responsible to ensure this area is your expertise.
? Orders and Inventory
? Maintenance and Repairs
? Cleaners Finding and Managing

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report
2. Manages inbound and outbound calls within the
department SLA (First Call Responsibility)
3. Respond to customer questions via email, texts and live chat, software messaging.
4. Follow communication “scripts” when handling
different topics
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information,
research every issue and provide solutions and/or
Alternatives.
6. Set appointments
7. Update CRM systems with details and call notes
8. Communicating via phone and WhatsApp for repairs, cleaners, cost and expenses, orders,
property management.
Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent
English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You
don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar
with most of them.

Bing, etc.
? Microsoft Word
? Microsoft Excel
? Microsoft PowerPoint
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs
? Google Sheets
? Google Slides
? Google Calendar
Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp,
Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
? Project management software (Basecamp, Trello,
Asana, Evernote, Google Docs, Salesforce etc.)
? Time management or time tracking software
(TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle, Hubstaff etc.)

This is a full-time position. Work hours 8am to 10pm CST.
