We are seeking a motivated Virtual Agent Property Manager Assistant to join our growing Property Management Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently manage ~400 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.

As a part of our Property Manager Team, you will be responsible for communicating with our Landlords and Tenants general questions first and foremost. The Property Management company that wins is the one that communicates the most in the fastest manner. The Property Manager team is also responsible for our lease violations, notice to vacates, evictions, terminations of leases, owner onboarding and cancellations, and our pilot cash reward program.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. Our goal as a company is to provide the highest level of customer service in the Property Management Industry which means each team player must also provide a high level of customer service.

General Job Description
• Answer general questions for our Landlords and Tenants.
• Coordinate our Notice to Vacate process.
• Keep Landlords up to date with the lease violations for their rental unit and make recommendations accordingly.
• Follow our Owner Onboarding and Cancellation Processes.
• Process lease amendments, extensions, and changes.
• Respond to Landlord References from other companies and Landlords
• Coordinate Eviction Paperwork.
• Respond to Landlord and Tenant questions in a timely fashion.
• Follow all U.S. and Colorado Fair Housing Laws.
• Communicate with Property Management Team.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Results oriented and high achiever.
• Understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
• Understanding of Buildium. Experience preferred but not required.
• Confident telephone voice.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Here are the details of what we are offering. Solid Rock Realty aims to have a culture of life balance between work and time off:
• Starting Salary: $725 Monthly
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) to Accrue 8 hr/month after a 60-day trial period, 10 hr/month after 5 years of service and 12 hr/month
