What You Bring to the Team:

Previous experience with Appfolio, Yardi or Buildium is required for this position
Full time availability to work on a schedule from 800 am to 500 pm, Central Standard Time
Proven experience in accurate data entry and billing processing
Your strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy will be noticed and appreciated.
An analytical mindset that enables you to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively, boosting the overall efficiency of our processes.
Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and other relevant software, giving you an edge in managing data efficiently.
Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing positive energy and a can-do attitude to the team.

Billing Error Identification and Correction: Your keen eye for detail will help us identify and rectify billing errors promptly, resulting in smooth and accurate invoicing.
Daily Revenue and Vendor Billing: Contribute to the heartbeat of our financial operations by efficiently handling daily revenue and vendor billing tasks.
Data Review and Reconciliation: Your analytical mindset will shine as you review and reconcile data daily, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our financial reporting.
Lease Renewal Data Processing: Take the lead in managing lease renewal data processing, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
Utilities Billing Data Processing: Your dedication to precision will be evident as you handle utilities billing data processing with timeliness and accuracy.
