Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Virtual Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the short-term rental (STR) or mid-term rental (MTR) business within the United States. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, guest services, new homeowner acquisition, and vendor management. Experience with property management software, particularly Streamline, is a significant advantage. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work during US business hours (10 AM – 6 PM CST).
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team.
– Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
– Assist with the acquisition of new homeowners and manage relationships with existing ones.
– Utilize property management software (Streamline) for various operational tasks.
– Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping schedules.
– Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service delivery.
– Prepare reports, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience working in the short-term rental (STR) or mid-term rental (MTR) business in the US.
– Proficiency in property management software, with experience in Streamline being a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work 10 AM – 6 PM CST.
– Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
