Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Coordinator to work with our team. The qualified applicant will communicate with field inspectors, manage vendors, communicate and receive approvals from clients, verify completion of jobs, manage periodic inspections and respond to emails.
Since we are the fastest growing property management company in Orlando, we promote from within quickly. This is an entry level position, but we have many positions to work towards within our company.
We are a large real estate company, currently managing over 1600 single family properties.
Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate with field inspectors to ensure accurate repairs are scheduled and troubleshooting is performed
• Increase our unit-turn vendor base with a variety of reputable vendors in various trades
• Verify vendors are performing at expected levels and determine most effective ways of communication
• Certify fair pricing and accurate recommendations are provided to clients for home repairs (tenant damages, owner required / recommended repairs, etc.)
• Participate in the tenant dispute process
• Verify periodic inspections are scheduled and performed at a high level
• Ensure vacant work orders and change orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Make certain the billing process is accurate, efficient and profitable
