Position: Property Management Coordinator
Department: Admin / Real Estate
Type of Employment: Full-time
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 9 am- 5 pm EST

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Play a vital role in our vendor management by adding vendors to our Yardi system.
• Help us maintain financial accuracy by processing invoices once approved by our Property Managers.
• Keep our operations running smoothly with quarterly work order clean-ups.
• Keep our calendar on point by adding reminders for lockouts, court dates, move-ins, move-outs, and city inspections.
• Maintain bill-to information and process accordingly.
• Safeguard our insurance policies by diligently tracking them in Yardi.
• Ensure our properties are in top-notch condition by tracking monthly inspections.
• Demonstrate your communication skills by drafting letters and notices.
• Be the hero vendors are looking for by managing vendor relations and payments.
• Keep everyone in the loop by managing our inbox and following up on all inquiries.
• Keep our Property Managers on track by managing their calendars.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Essential Skills: Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.

Preferred Experience:
• Previous Property Management Experience: Desirable but not mandatory.
• Administrative and Coordination Skills: Experience in task coordination and documentation management.
• Yardi Voyager Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software.
• Customer Service: Prior client-facing roles, especially in real estate.
• Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of property regulations.
• Project Management: Experience in coordinating property-related projects.

Educational Requirements: Any degree.
Languages Required: Proficiency in English.
