We are a property management company based in Austin, Texas, specializing in single-family homes rented by the room. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our tenants and maintaining high standards for our properties. We are seeking a reliable and organized Senior Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will support property management, administrative tasks, executive assistance, and oversee the training and management of other VAs.

Responsibilities:

Property Management:
? Manage tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and providing general assistance.
? Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with local contractors to ensure timely repairs and services.
? Update and maintain property management software with current tenant information, rent payments, and property details.

Executive Assistance:
? Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
? Handle email correspondence, prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
? Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

VA Management:
? Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
? Monitor the performance of other VAs, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality work.
? Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution among the VA team.

Qualifications:
? Previous experience in property management, executive assistance, VA management, or a related field is preferred.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
? Experience in training and managing a team is highly desirable.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
