As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Service Coordinator.

Your Role:

As a Guest Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and outstanding service throughout their stay. From managing reservations to providing assistance and recommendations, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Optimize property titles, descriptions, and amenities to align with target keywords and increase visibility in search results.
• Coordinate guest reservations, including processing bookings, confirming details and handling special requests.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, dining options, and activities.
• Ensure that guest areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Address guest-reported maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure rental properties are well-prepared before, during and after guest stays.
• Handle payment processing, including collecting rental fees and security deposits.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing.
• Negotiate and review vendor contracts to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support, including email management, calendar coordination, and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, and being a property manager or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with reservation management systems is desirable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Preferably with Zoho One experience
