Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (Mountain Standard Time Zone)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
Expected Salary: $500.00 (Salary varies based on skill level, production and results)

Job Purpose:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary objective is identifying and qualifying prospective clients for our property management services. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and ensuring sustained business growth. The specialist will employ various strategies and tools to generate leads, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to identify potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the property management industry.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Work closely with the Sales team to develop and refine lead generation campaigns.
Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation.
Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities.
Suggest improvements to lead generation processes and tools.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and adaptability.
