Property Management & Lead Generation VA

We’re seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to help manage our serviced accommodation properties, assist in property sourcing, perform data analysis, and conduct lead generation. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage serviced accommodation properties using specialised software
– Source new properties for our portfolio
– Conduct cold calling to potential property owners and partners
– Handle bookings, guest communications, and property-related issues
– Assist with financial transactions and reporting
– Perform data management and analysis to identify potential deals
– Conduct market research and data scouring to support business decisions
– Lead generation for potential property owners and investors
– Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects

Required Skills:
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Proficiency in property management software (Uplisting, Wheelhouse)
– Experience with payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe)
– Strong cold calling and sales skills
– Data analysis and management skills
– Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
– Experience in lead generation and prospecting techniques
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer service
– Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms
– Basic understanding of property management or real estate
– Experience with data visualisation tools
– Knowledge of market research techniques
– Experience with CRM systems and lead management software

Work Hours:
Initial commitment of 5-10 hours per week, flexible and ad hoc. As our portfolio grows, there’s potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position.
