WLM is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Management Leasing Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and
marketing of our properties, ultimately driving occupancy rates and promoting our brand. If you are

Responsibilities:

Leasing and Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, responding promptly to
inquiries and arranging property tours.
Conduct tenant screenings, including credit checks, background checks, and reference
checks.
Prepare and execute leasing agreements and related documentation.
Assist with move-in/move-out processes and property inspections.
Maintain positive tenant relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication
between tenants and property management.
Coordination on Showings with the Sales Department for prospective tenants

Configure a plan and strategy with Sales Captain for locating, recruiting, managing, and
otherwise facilitating the acquisition of real estate partners that can assist WLM with
in-person showings for prospective tenants.
Marketing and advertising:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and
maximize occupancy.
Create engaging property listings, including high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and
virtual tours.
Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, email marketing,
and other digital platforms.
Marketing materials should be created and distributed in the following order:
Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS) primary listing
Posted on AppFolio
Zillow
Facebook marketplace
Several of the websites above will also syndicate and distribute the marketing materials to a
number of different sources.
Monitor and update property listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize advertising strategies.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants, and property
owners.
Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
With BPO experience, customer service, sales, and marketing are preferred
Experience in property management, real estate, or a similar profession is preferred but not
required.
Social Media Experience
Strong marketing and advertising skills with experience in online listings, social media, and
email campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in property management software and Google Workspace
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and consistent, willing to show up every day with a Good attitude and provide
maximum effort
Willing to follow standard operating procedures for all leasing applications until all
properties are leased, all vacancies are eliminated, and all move-ins are completed
successfully.
