Duties include:
– Speaking to residents over the phone to troubleshoot their maintenance issues and gather as much information as possible
– Assign to the most appropriate vendor
– In some cases request and coordinate multiple bids for larger repairs
– Send estimates to owners for review and approval
– Once it is accepted by the vendor and approved by the owner schedule the repair based on the availability of the resident and the vendor
– Follow up with the resident to ensure the work was completed
– Follow up with the vendor to ensure invoice, pictures, and any necessary receipts are received
– Processing Vendor Billing daily
– Paying Vendor invoices weekly
– Vendor Setup
– Tracking and Paying Utility bills on time
– Transferring an Expense from Property to Property
– Keeping impeccable notes

We pay weekly on time every time. The schedule is 8AM to 5PM US Eastern time zone and allows for a 1 hour break. The pay is $5 hr. You must speak fluent near native English, have a dedicated workspace, prior work from home experience and dependable internet. These are a 100% must-have if you apply.
