We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to work with our team. The qualified applicant will be responsible for retrieving all new property information, following up with HOAs, inputting property and owner information into our internal systems, coordinating new build closings and providing status updates for the Onboarding Property Managers.
Since we are the fastest growing property management company in Orlando, we promote from within quickly. This is an entry level position, but we have many positions to work towards within our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Send the owner a New Property Questionnaire and input property information in our system.
• Schedule lawn/pool maintenance when applicable and cancel when tenants are secured.
• Schedule inspections and monitor whether repairs are needed and understand when the property is ready to list.
• Prepare listings with showing photos and create a marketing description to highlight all of the features and amenities the home has to offer.
• For all new build properties, reach out to the builder or appropriate contact via email for property information (septic/well, utilities, HOA, size of house, etc.)
• Identify issues with new build properties and update builders accordingly.
• Monitor builder progress and schedule property visits to verify completion.
• Ensure that required documentation is submitted for each property, when applicable. (i.e. applications for utility set up).
• Send HOA questionnaire to the property’s HOA (if applicable) and follow up until information is received in a timely manner. Input questionnaire information into our system. Schedule HOA payments when applicable.
• Create property and owner pages in Appfolio for all new properties and include all gathered information.
• Set GLs, paste leasing marketing description, property appraiser description of property and add appropriate tags.
• Monitor new build closings and prepare properties by setting up utilities and coordinating keys as soon as the closing is confirmed.
• Identify leasing/property requirements that vary by county and notate information on property pages.
• Interpret owner statements to answer basic accounting questions for owners.
