We are looking for a Property Management Representative to work with our team, tenants and owners. Professionals who enjoy problem solving challenges, combined with a varied set of day-to-day responsibilities, will find this position an excellent way to display a wide range of their skills. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hotels.

The qualified applicant will answer our main phone line and assist callers with general questions to all areas of our business including maintenance, leasing, and property management. They will assist in troubleshooting basic maintenance issues, coordinate property showings, assist with property inquiries and more. The main aspect of this role is to provide our perspective tenants, current tenants and property owners with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer telephone and respond to voicemail messages
• Listen and document tenant issues to ensure effective communication to the relevant team
• Manage tenant questions regarding status of maintenance work order items and troubleshoot if needed
• Assign new work orders if needed and coordinate with the maintenance team
• Schedule and manage periodic property inspections
• Respond to online, phone, or email lead inquiries regarding available properties
• Provide assistance for tenant application process
• Coordinate showings and provide lock box codes if needed
• Follow-up on showings with potential tenants
• Provide tenant with copy of lease or other requested documents
• Understand tenant ledger and be able to explain charges and/or payments to tenants

Job Type: Full-time: 40 hours / week. Weekends are required.
