Position: Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Mountain Standard Time Zone)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
Expected Salary: $500.00 (Salary varies based on skill level, production and results)
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients. You will serve as the face of our company, promoting our services and solutions to property owners. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and maximizing profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound calls, SMS texts, social media DMs, emails of property owners from leads generated at different platforms to offer an appointment to learn about our services.
Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volume.
Keep management informed through detailed activity and results reporting, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Provide historical sales records by meticulously maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as required.
Work closely with the Operations team, to coordinate sales efforts, optimize processes, and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Gather feedback and public reviews.
Requirements:
Proficiency in conducting both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience using Google Workspace and familiarity with various types of Dialers.
Sales background preferred, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Ability to create comprehensive reports to track sales activities and results.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with cold emailing techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Experience with CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Social media savvy, with an understanding of leveraging social platforms for sales initiatives.
