What You’ll Do:
– Oversee 350-400 rental units.
– Handle rent collection and follow up on any overdue payments.
– Attend to tenant phone calls, addressing queries effectively.
– Manage lease renewals to maintain high tenant retention.
– Coordinate work orders to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
– Maintain open communication with our maintenance teams, making sure all units are well-maintained.
– Start with filing tenants to court.

Who We’re Looking For:

– Experience in property management or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
