**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Management Assistant to drive our growth and enhance our market presence. This remote position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, marketing,& the service accommodation industry.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Sales
– Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
– Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
– Promote our service accommodations across various channels to drive bookings.
– Negotiate and secure partnerships or bulk bookings to maximize occupancy.
Marketing
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
– Manage our online presence and property listings to ensure maximum visibility.
– Create engaging promotional content to attract and retain guests.
– Analyze market trends to effectively position our offerings and identify opportunities for growth.
**MUST HAVES (REQUIRED):**

**SCHEDULE**
