Responsibilities
Liaise daily with staff to determine training needs and schedule specific training sessions
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. where necessary
Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
Support and mentor all new employees
Keep attendance and other records
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Proven experience as corporate trainer
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
Phenomenal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a trainer/manager or similar role, preferably in property management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, coaching and customer service skills.
Proficiency in google suite and property management software (e.g Buildium, Leadsimple).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Knowledge of property management practices, leasing regulations, and fair housing laws is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred but not required.
