Property Management Experience REQUIRED!
Job Duties:
Are you passionate about property management? As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to assist our Property Management and Leasing Team in various tasks, including:
Transaction Assistant Tasks:
– Assist with company mainline calls and general customer service inquiries
– Special Projects as assigned
– Tenant Communication
– Drafting and sending Renewals/ET/TR to tenant/s.
– Updating Tenant Page on AppFolio
– Updating and maintaining Deal Tracking Sheet (google) with real time info
– Adhere to Company transaction timelines, guidelines, values, and other policies/procedures.
Compliance/Admin Assistant Tasks:
– Assist with company mainline calls and general customer service inquiries
– Compliance HOA/City Violations
– Special Projects as assigned
– Research and confirm Property, Special listing conditions & HOA information
– Renters Insurance
– HOA Tenants Registrations
– Update HOA info (amenities and tagging) Property Page
– Adhere to Company transaction timelines, guidelines, values, and other policies/procedures.
Qualifications
• NBI and Police Clearance Required
• Personal Computer
• 25MBPS Internet Speed and secure router
• Must be willing to work during U.S. Business Hours
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, GoogleSuite, and DropBox
• Excellent organization
• Proficient oral and written communication in the English language
• Diligence, consistency, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize numerous matters and work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a dynamic virtual work environment
