About the company:
We are a small but fast growing company that runs short term rentals (STRs), aka Airbnbs in Oregon and Texas and long term rentals (LTRs) in Oregon.
About the role:
You will be working closely with our CEO and other virtual assistants and liaising with our other contractors. Your role will be largely a combination of working on back end organizational things (like creating, maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures) on your own, and interfacing with guests, tenants, vendors and clients (via phone, and email/text).
Responsibilities:
Create, follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Use G Suite applications, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Make and set appointments by calling with Openphone, Skype etc.
Use OwnerRez and other STR applications, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and .
Use Rankbreeze and Pricelabs
Use project management software to track projects and tasks.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience as a virtual assistant or similar.
Must have experience in using project management apps like Trello, Asana, etc.
Customer support experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with G Suite applications is a plus.
Experience with OwnerRez, Buildium and other property management applications is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work graveyard shift (see above).
Ability to make phone calls and record loom videos with audio during graveyard shift.
