Job Description: Alpha Capital is seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Management Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all inbound and outbound phone calls, manage evictions and delinquencies, process lease renewals, and perform various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle all inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
-Manage and coordinate evictions and handle delinquency issues.
-Process lease renewals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
-Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
-Assist in the preparation and distribution of notices and letters.
-Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and transactions in our management system.
-Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants and landlords as needed.
-Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination.
-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
-MINIMUM 2 YEARS IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REQUIRED!
-Proven experience in property management or a related field.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools.
-High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
