Prolific Properties, a property management company based in Indiana, is looking for a Virtual Property Manager to join our team! As a Virtual Property Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with tenants, coordinating maintenance requests, keeping track of rent payments, and more.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is willing to work in the Central Time Zone. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for interacting with tenants via phone, email, and online platforms. You will also need to coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
In addition to communicating with tenants, you will also be responsible for keeping track of rent payments and ensuring that all payments are collected on time. You will need to handle tenant complaints and issues in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
As a Virtual Property Manager, you will also be responsible in maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are also important qualities for this position.
