Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role involves managing listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Click to view, and implementing effective financial strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or property management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
-OTA Management: Create, update, and optimize listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Click to view.
-Pricing Strategy: Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and accounting related to the properties. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising guest experience.
-Guest Relations: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
-Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with cleaning services, maintenance personnel, and other vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to short-term rentals.
-Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
-Quality Control: Conduct regular virtual inspections of properties to ensure standards are maintained.

Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
-Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and online booking systems.
-Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
