Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role involves managing listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and , and implementing effective financial strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or property management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
-OTA Management: Create, update, and optimize listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, VRBO, and .
-Pricing Strategy: Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and accounting related to the properties. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising guest experience.
-Guest Relations: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
-Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with cleaning services, maintenance personnel, and other vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to short-term rentals.
-Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
-Quality Control: Conduct regular virtual inspections of properties to ensure standards are maintained.

Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
-Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and online booking systems.
-Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
