PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Tenant Management:
• Marketing and advertising vacant units
• Screening tenant applications
• Lease agreements and explanations
• Rent collection and late payment follow-up
• Tenant communication and relations
Property Maintenance:
• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
• Working with vendors and contractors
Administrative and Financial Tasks:
• Managing property management software (TenantCloud & Buildium)
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Overseeing bill payments
• Maintaining property records
• Market research and rent recommendations
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Real estate knowledge

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our team and managing our company’s general project-based activities; there will be a mix of repetitive tasks and net new tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent technology experience, oral and written communication skills, be able to organize their work using tools like Trello, checklists, and Outlook, and a desire to learn new processes and technologies.

Once training is complete, we expect you to operate independently, focusing on time management and quality of work.

Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls/ emails/ text messages
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/partners
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain the filing system, account & contact lists
• Pay Invoices
• Trello Project-Based Activities
oReview the board & prioritize items
o Make appointments based on priorities and projects
o Take & issue detailed meeting notes/ tasks, follow up on associated tasks.
Skills
• Technology literate
• Desire to learn new skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proven experience as an assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook, in particular)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift / PST Monday to Friday/ Overlapping time PST
Software: Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Buildium, Tenant Cloud, Google Drive, Canva
Experience:
• Property Management +1 years
• Office Assistant +3 years
• Customer Service/ Facing: +1 year (Preferred)
• Data Retrieval: +1 year (Preferred)
