Oakland Property Management is looking for a FULL TIME Property Manager / assistant to the owner.
1+ year of Property Management experience managing at least 20 units is REQUIRED
Duties
– Handle all tenant communication via phone, text, email
– Coordinate with vendors, bookkeeper, owner, leasing agent, housing agencies, utility companies
– Follow up on rent collections
– Communicate with owner and bookkeeper
Requirements
– Work independently. Once trained you will be the leader and will have very little supervision
– Comfortable on the phone in ENGLISH. You will be on the phone for several hours a week
– 1+ years of Past PM experience is required, ideally long term rentals and dealing with rent collections, maintenance, etc., and you must be coachable and flexible.
– Intermediate knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, MS Office, is required
Preferred
– 2+ years of property management experience
– Experience with HUD/Section 8
– Slack experience
– Lots of experience with rent collections

Pay is $7-8/hour USD, depending on experience. 35-40 hours a week.
Monday-Friday 9 AM – 4 PM Pacific Standard Time plus a few hours on the weekend.
