We are a small family-owned company specializing in real estate fix and flips and rentals. across Virginia. We work hard, make fun, and have an awesome virtual company culture. We’re definitely not PC and don’t have time to deal with drama or BS.
Location: Remote (Preferably Philippines or Egypt)
Compensation: $3.5 to $4.5 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (Trial period of 30 days, with potential increase to 30-40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
• Change utilities for properties.
• Communicate with short/long-term tenants via calls and text.
• Schedule contractors and tenants via calls and text.
• Answer emails.
• Get insurance quotes.
• Send out agreements to sellers, contractors, and vendors.
• Follow up with sellers, contractors, and vendors.
• Upload utility information into tenant management software.
• Log expenses for multiple companies.
• Pull mortgage and bank statements.
• Ensure all utilities are correctly billed and logged.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Future management of other employees as the team grows.
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for future tasks.

Job Expectations:
• Use available resources such as Google and ChatGPT to solve problems
• Looking for a resourceful person to provide three potential solutions, recommending the best one when faced with a problem.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent self-management and time management abilities.
• Communicate proficiently in English.
Qualifications:
• If you lack any technically skill that is completely fine that is teachable.
• Prior experience in real estate management, scheduling, and communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using tenant management software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions using available resources.
