DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
–Responsible for the overall management of the Clients’ properties, their Tenants, compliance, and maintenance issues
–Oversees other company departments(Customer Support, Leasing, Maintenance, and Bookkeeping)
–Onboard new clients/ Properties/ Units
–Respond to escalated client emails as needed in SLA timeframes
–Maintain compliance with property codes including lead certificates, rental licenses, property registrations, and other registrations as required.
–Obtaining client approval for maintenance work as needed
–Assist with setting rental rates
–Preparing and sending reports and information to clients regarding showings, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, and escalated maintenance issues.
–Discuss showing reports weekly for clients with vacant units(if necessary to lower the market etc)
–Review Monthly Owner Statements before sending them to clients
–Inform Clients that have not been sent with their monthly(10th) disbursements.
–Maintain Client Relations by allotting a monthly schedule to hop on a call and discuss their portfolio(5 Clients to call A DAY)
–Handles Client Onboarding Calls, Client Onboarding on CRM and Rent Manager, and sending Onboarding forms
–Coordinates with clients-related individuals such as Realtors, Insurance Adjusters and etc
–Collects Client’s Open Payables
–Handles Accounts Module Transitions(Owners) and makes sure that each record is complete with the latest/updated information
–Handles Contacts Module Transitions(Owners) and makes sure that each record is complete with the latest/updated information
–Proactively call the clients to provide status updates on issues that require immediate attention
–Handles “Escalated” Client-Unscheduled calls
–Handles “on-demand” Client-Scheduled calls
–Responsible for making sure that all tasks assigned to the Assistant Client Success Manager are being fulfilled and completed promptly
–Keep Days On Market (DOM) below 30 and provide insights and strategies to the client to ensure this metric is met.
–Inbound and outbound calling as needed.

WORKING HOURS
1.) Weekday Monday to Friday Shift – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
2.) Rotational Saturday Shift – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
1.) Pay is Weekly via Wise(formerly Transferwise), and we prefer to pay it directly to your E-Waller(GCash or Paymaya) Weekly Payroll Period Starts from Friday to Thursday. Payment Processing for a Payroll Period is done on Friday thereafter.
2.) While on Training – USD 800/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay(OT is paid just like regular hours and is capped at 10 hours a week) – Training lasts 2-4 weeks.
3.) Pass the training period and you’ll be endorsed under Probation – USD 1000/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay – Probation can last up to 3 months, depending on the CSR’s performance evaluation.
4.) Pass the probationary period and you’ll get the Regular Team Member’s Rate of $300/week or USD 1200/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay. Raises and bonuses will progress at a regular intervals from there.
5.) Paid Time Off Schedule.
– 1st Month to 12th Month – Accrues 2.66 Hours/month
– 13th Month to 24th Month – Accrues 3.33 Hours/month
– 25th Month to 36th Month – Accrues 4 Hours/month
– 37th Month to 48th Month – Accrues 4.67 Hours/month
– 05th Year onwards – Accrues 6 Hours/month

– SSS Premium – Company reimburses up to P2,400.00
– PhilHealth Premium – Company reimburses up to P800.00
– PagIbig Premium – Company reimburses up to P800.00
