Seeking a self-starter for role in growing real estate investment business in the SE United States.
You will act as an Executive Assistant for the owner of the business (Aaron), as well as serve in crucial property management functions- advertising & operations.
Our top 3 needs:
1. Very minimal accent, completely fluent in English (please include an audio recording)
2. Self-starter; we will provide plenty of training, but need you to take initiative
3. Happy to work with people, serving our tenants well and finding great new tenants
Education: bachelor’s degree preferred, master’s degree a bonus
Pay: we believe in strong compensation for strong talent! This role is full time and pays up to $8/hr starting, with room for growth. Please let us know your compensation target. We pay 13th month as well. If you’re happy to start out at 30 hours a week, please let us know. We request you have no other employers though.
Hours: must work from 5am to 8am Manila time and be able to answer the phone for emergency requests from tenants between 9am-6pm Manila time (this is rarely needed but important when it is needed); other hours at your discretion and schedule
Growth potential: As you grow in experience in the company, and our business grows, you may specialize on either property management or EA work and take on higher level responsibilities, depending on your interests! You will learn a lot about managing a real estate investment business and become an essential partner to the owner.
Technology required:
1. Strong/reliable internet connection
2. Service that provides US phone number with no connection lag etc
3. Work from home preferred- dual monitors preferable
4. Consistent electric power
Experience with these a bonus:
1. Property management
2. Consumer sales
3. Supporting business owners as an EA
4. Excel (or google sheets)
5. Website design or maintenance (basic, using wix or squarespace etc)
6. Basic bookkeeping
7. Marketing – i.e. using Mailchimp or other email services

a. Write monthly update to clients and friends of our real estate brokerage business
b. Monitor transaction milestones for new real estate purchases
c. Monitor and respond to email
d. Set up meetings to increase deals & speed up growth of rental portfolio
e. Respond to bookkeeper questions
f. Oversee calendar and ensure key items happen according to cadence
g. Pay bills for the business
