Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance. Your primary objective will be to deliver excellent customer service to property owners and tenants while maximizing the value and profitability of the properties.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
– Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
– Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance analysis
– Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective property maintenance and repairs
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in legislation, and best practices in property management
– Help list the properties in Airbnb and and Hostaway
– Coordinating directly with the cleaners to make sure that the properties are properly cleaned and the keys are correctly delivered to the assigned stores or lockbox.
– Handle Airbnb, VRBO, & resolutions.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Property Manager or a similar role in the real estate industry
– In-depth knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Must have experience in property management software especially Hostaway, Airbnb and .
– Willing to work from 4pm to 1am Philippine Time
