** ASK ABOUT PART TIME WORK TOO!! *** We are looking for a smart, dedicated team member to assist our real estate property management company. We keep a fun environment, do the work correct and you’re a rockstar! We work M-F 8:30am-5:30pm CST with a 1 hour paid lunch each day. Get Paid every single Friday!
Tasks include:
-Processing Applications/ reaching out and booking showings (properties are on electronic shelf show boxes but they will need a code from you)
-Recording tenant payment, fees and maintenance/customer requests (We use door loop and quickbooks)
-Assisting with the marketing of properties for sale/rent (zillow, craigslist, Facebook/instagram, door loop, )
-Taking phone calls and following up with tenants and owners. (we use follow up boss as our CRM)
-Consult new owners/clients wanting to list their homes with us. (must be well spoken, clear English is a must! )
– We do lots of multimedia at this job so skills in canva and video work is a bonus!
Must be a friendly person, well spoken and outgoing. Your attention to detail is important for this job. Your attention to detail is the highest priority, next is being well spoken as you will be communicating with owners, investors and tenants. The attention to detail, work experience and clear spoken candidates will rise to the top.
