Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Property Manager to join our team. As a Remote Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of properties and ensuring the satisfaction of both property owners and tenants. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
– Maintain and update property records, including leases, rental agreements, and maintenance schedules.
– Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
– Coordinate property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
– Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure property upkeep.
– Market available properties and conduct tenant screenings and lease negotiations.
– Monitor rent collection and assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
– Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
– Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
– Address any emergencies or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Knowledge of local and state property laws and regulations.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
– Must be available to work US EST hours and be on call in case emergencies.
