Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable management of operated portfolio of properties in Baytown, Texas. Characteristics of self-motivation, strong project management and organizational skills, the ability to lead a team and participate as a team player, being of service, and a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to company success are essential.

We are looking for a dependable person who can move between tasks with ease, a team player, and enjoys working in a changing business environment. Someone who can work under pressure, self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing to learn and has a positive work attitude. Excellent customer service skill is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule tenant appointments via phone (sell benefits)
• Schedule tenant appointments via text message (sell benefits)
• Communicate with prospects via text message and email (sell benefits)
• Collect delinquent rents by phone and sell benefits of automatic rent payments (ACH)
• Virtual showings with tenant via phone, FaceTime, Zoom, and Google (sell benefits)
• Strong English communicator via phone, text message, and email (Fluent English)
• Data entry in property management software (Buildium) system (create and close tasks)
• Administrative support to include customers service, data entry, and vendor relations
• Process tenant applications, credit reports, verify employment and income via phone
• Provide weekly reports and participate in weekly team meetings via Zoom
• Great listener/selling skills with ability to bring customer to take action
• Team player, reliable, consistent, fluent English, appreciates stability, and organized

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
• Graduate of any four-year course or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in short term property management
• Working knowledge with Airbnb, ,VRBO, Expedia
• Minimum 2 years experience in long term property management
• Familiar with different property management software,
• With at least 2 years professional sales experience, preferably in telemarketing industry
• Relevant experience in creating SOP and process documentation
• Fluent in English and a tech-savvy
• Strong communicator: phone, text message, and writing (email)
• Seeking long-term position with growing company, is trainable/coachable
• Excellent communication skills both written and orally

Work Schedule:
• The position is virtual, and hours can be flexible with performance
• Must be able to work during Central Standard Time Zone business hours. The team works between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
• Estimated working hours: 15- 20 hours per week

Salary Range: $6-$7/hour, commensurate with experience
