Job Description

Admin Work:
• Utilize task management systems to stay organized.
• Track and document all tasks and activities efficiently.

Guest Management:
• Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly, within 15 minutes or less, across platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, , Open Phone, Zillow, and Furnished Finder.
• Create lease agreements, invoices, and other administrative documents following company SOPs and templates.
• Gather signatures from clients, tenants, or vendors using tools like Docusign.
• Assist in creating and updating SOPs as needed.
• File claims with Airbnb & Safely and manage damage disputes.
• Liaise with cleaning and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are well-maintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules to accommodate guest turnover efficiently.

Social Media Management:
• Utilize social media platforms to promote properties and engage with potential guests.
• Monitor social media channels for guest feedback and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.

Bookings Optimization:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and maximize occupancy rates.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the short-term rental industry – MUST
• Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms. Such as Hostaway, Airbnb, , etc.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote/virtual environment.
• Experience with social media management and marketing strategies.
• Creative thinking and innovative ideas to enhance STR bookings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of local rental regulations and compliance
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
