Property Manager Assistant Job Summary.
We are looking for an individual who can work independently in a structured environment by following a proven, well-defined process. This position requires an individual who is fairly analytical, has a straightforward communication style and can handle a variety of responsibilities. You will be required to briefly interact with tenants, vendors and owners via phone call and text. Due to this interaction, you must have excellent command of the English language and speak very well. You will not have any direct reports. This individual must also be highly detailed. III. Job Description
This position is for a full-time Property Manager Administrative Assistant (PMAA). You will work under the supervision of the Property Manager Team Leader, to help the Property Manager team with administrative tasks related to listing properties for rent, tenant move in/outs, work orders, and owner in-processing.

5+ year, long-term independent contractor position
Excellent communications skills and mastery of the English language.
Will work primarily from your home office
Must have dependable laptop and phone.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, can multi-task and follow a well-defined process.

V. Major Job Functions

A. OWNER ONBOARDING – Entering information from walkthroughs into our Propertyware system and ensuring that detailed market analysis are performed for each new property.

B. LEASING – Assist property managers to coordinate with support staff and owners to successfully list and rent properties 10?ster than the competition using accurate market analysis and pricing strategies. Provide a 5 star experience with tenants onboarding through thorough contract reviews, proper expectation setting and fair enforcement of company policy and procedures.

C. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – Assist property managers to nurture relationships with owners and residents to manage residential properties by following defined company processes
Help initiate work orders that come in through tenant portals. Contribute suggestions to help the company develop and improve the Mars Hill Library: Vendor Pricing Sheet, Handbooks, System Manuals, etc. Coordinate with the Property Manager Team Leader to ensure adequate On Call Emergency Work order rotation on weeknights and/or weekends.

D. COMPANY PROCESSES AND PROJECTS – Coordinate with staff and vendors to successfully complete assigned tasks in CasualPM following company processes to support the company’s operations. Meet deadlines and/or communicate with staff to obtain new deadlines to successfully complete project goals. Work with property managers to ensure processes are followed and improved as needed.
