As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Rental Management Assistant to join our team and help us manage our active properties efficiently.
Role Summary:
The Rental Management Assistant will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing all rental leads, making and receiving calls to schedule or confirm appointments, and ensuring a seamless communication flow through our property management CRM, preferably Buildium. A strong understanding of the Section 8 affordable housing program will be a significant advantage in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming rental leads for active properties.
Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments with potential tenants.
Understand and navigate the Section 8 affordable housing program to assist potential tenants effectively.
Handle all calls coming in on the main management number, providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the team to ensure properties are rented promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management and section 8.
Familiarity with property management software, with a preference for Buildium & Go High Level.
Knowledge of the Section 8 affordable housing program is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and leads effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Monitoring Permits & Dealing with City
Communicating with Potential & Existing Tenants
