Property Search Specialist

We are looking for 2 Property Search Specialists to work in a fast-paced Canadian Real Estate Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify new selling opportunities and pursue qualified leads
– Set up appointments with potential clients and leads
– Prepare and communicate presentation of offers and services
– Prepare and coordinate real-time reports
– Handle closings, complaints and objections, and
– Complete ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales, or other similar roles
– Familiarity in the MLS listing system
– Experience in handling CRM software is a plus
– Experience in marketing and negotiation is a plus
– Highly proficient in spoken and written English
– Willingness to learn with high motivation at work
– Adept organizational and time management skills
– Ability to adapt to change, and manage time in high-pressure situations
– Ability to work with little to no supervision
– Ability to work independently, or as a part of a team

Work Hours and Schedule: Canada MST

Work Duration: You will start part-time for 6 hours and eventually transition to full time 8 hours a day
Rate or Salary range: $5 but can be negotiable depending on experience.

Must have at least 10MBPS Internet Connection, a high-quality mic, and a relatively fast computer with a webcam (for meetings).
