Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate leads, make initial contact with potential clients, and set appointments for those interested in our services. You will be a key player in expanding our client base and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads for potential new clients.
* Conduct opening calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
* Required to keep Everything organised and will be asked to organise other files and normal admin work
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
* Experience in Property Lead Generation and appointment setting.
* A winning attitude.
* Willing to grow within an organisation and learn new skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to industry-specific knowledge.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Experience using RightMove Zoopla, Gumtree etc
* Good with Excel
* Experience with UK Property Market
* Social Media Content Creation and posting
